ONE THOUSAND! Worth the wait. First beer I've ever drunk which I needed to pop a cork to consume. Rhubarb comes through beautifully. Dry, tart and smooth with a hint of sour. A sparkle of joy.

樽底。結構渋味とモルティさを感じるな。樽?柔らかな柑橘感。何だろう少しクリーミーなニュアンスも。面白いな。

Young(ish) unblended lambic tasting like a dry apple cider vinegar but with very restrained acidity. Fantastic start to the holiday.

Plat, zacht en een droge afdronk. Het begin van de Oude Geuze van Cantillon zit er al in. Heerlijk! Op de laatste Belgische zomerse dag van 2023?

グーズと比べると圧倒的に柔らかい。酸も大人しくその意味でドリンカブル。一方で樽由来の渋味も強めに感じる。先日も飲んで渋味も感じたが、グーズとの飲み比べをすると強調されてわかりやすい。面白いね。

Went back for the self-guide tour. This is the basic lambic they use to blend all of their gueuze. Earthy. Wild. Flat. Not over powering. I’m calling it draft, but really it was poured out of a jug, straight from the barrel.
