Straight from the barrel and I think this is what it is? Friend is late getting in and this was closer to my hotel than hers so oh well. Stoked to be here even if lambic isn’t my thing.

I expected a lot more. I'm rather upset that it took 2 years to produce something that tastes like vomit, lacking in nuance, depth and mouthfeel. Maybe I'm just not a friend of lambics? Either way, this is sad.

グーズと比べると圧倒的に柔らかい。酸も大人しくその意味でドリンカブル。一方で樽由来の渋味も強めに感じる。先日も飲んで渋味も感じたが、グーズとの飲み比べをすると強調されてわかりやすい。面白いね。

樽底。結構渋味とモルティさを感じるな。樽？柔らかな柑橘感。何だろう少しクリーミーなニュアンスも。面白いな。

If this wasn't Cantillon it would be getting a rinsing on here. Very low carbonation as expected for a lambic, but minimal depth to the flavour. Bit of funk but nothing particularly interesting. Meh, it was fine.
