Incredibly easy drinking considering, but with a lot going on. Excellent beer.

Rosé de Gambrinus Blake

Bit too sweet and tart, but dry finish helps and the fruit work well with the unusual flavours of the beer.

Lambic D’Haute Densité Blake

Sweet and flat, but quite tart. Ends up worse than the lambics but an interesting experiment.

Single Barrel 2 Year Lambic Blake

Interesting to try this, smooth and tart but without the depth of the blend. Refreshing though.

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) Blake

Sweet but extremely balanced, heavy on the raspberry but still funky as you'd hope.
