Initially the predominant taste is of sourness which is at once soft and complex. Notes of leather and hard cheese rind are overtaken by juicy cherries, somewhat subtle whose flavours blend seamlessly into the tartness.

Rosé de Gambrinus

Tart initially, a refined sharpness. The the raspberries come through with great depth, for a long a juicy-raspberry finish.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio

Softer than the 2yo and individual tastes stand out less. Tart with notes of grass & fermented hay.

Single Barrel 2 Year Lambic

Single Barrel 2 Year Lambic

Tart, dry and complex. Notes of Parmesan. Vinous.

Red Eye Stout

Over bitter coffee and burnt white toast. Rounded roasty notes are also present, with the bitterness persisting until the end.

Orbital Movement

Juicy pineapple, grapefruit and tropical flavours. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Mildly bitter on the finish.

Solar Flare

Really fruity: passion fruit, pineapple, mango, tropical fruits. Sweetness and floral notes too.

Ich Bin Raspberry

Clean, crisp, tart base. Light fruitiness with strawberry notes. Not getting a lot of raspberry.

Sur Citra

Lightly sour with flavours of creamed coconut, lemons and bitter grapefruit.
