Magic Lambic (2022) A.

Oof. There is nothing magic about this but glad I tried it. Wanted the Sang Bleu but it’s only in bottles and I’m flying solo right now and have a pool g walk ahead.

Kriek 100% Lambic A.

From the bottle. Nice and tart. Just like my buddy behind the bar. LOL

Classic Gueuze A.

My cranky buddy at the bar says there’s no sugar in this but I get some sweetness— more than the last which had 10% sugar. Not my thing but it was suggested I drink this with a heavy meal instead of wine and I’m down to try that!

Single Barrel 2 Year Lambic A.

Straight from the barrel and I think this is what it is? Friend is late getting in and this was closer to my hotel than hers so oh well. Stoked to be here even if lambic isn’t my thing.

Irish Dry Stout A.

Breakfast or champions! 50/50 with raspberry mead and paired with steak on a stake and curly fries. 💕

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2017) A.

Sipped from a Speiglau glass and allowed to warm to room temp slowly. Equal parts coffee and chocolate aromas, smooth af, but ends on a strong booze note reminiscent of a bourbon back (but... hwhy?). Worth the wait but one is enough.
