Bottiglia sfortunata. Zero profumo di lamponi che su una rosè cosi giovane tipicamente ti espode con prepotenza in faccia. Non è nemmeno funky. Si sente solo una punta di acetico persistente.

Light hazy pink body small fizzy pink head. Funky berry fruity aroma. Tart brett berry fruity flavor. Light body moderately high carbonation. 8/4/9/5/17 4.3

4/20/23. This batch is something else, there’s a creaminess both in mouthfeel and taste, raspberries are present but not overly sour. Cantillon house nose coming through too. Beautiful lambic
