Really really delicious. Bright, spritzy, very pronounced fruit, hasn’t gone too feral on the funk as it’s still young - lovely.

This has been on my want list from the days when I first got this app, and now I get to have it at the source! 2024 edition - deliciously fruity blend of raspberries and blueberries, vanilla tempers the funk and makes this super drinkable. Delicious.

Beetroot, Chilli & Volcanic Salt was only ever going to mean intensity, earthiness and dry heat. And that’s what this does to be fair to it!

Maple again tonight - really isn’t my favourite adjunct (despite having stuff cellaring that contains… maple) but this is good, got it in spades and as the forefront all you know what you’re getting but the big roasty notes balance it out.

Super acidic macerated cherry skins, raspberry, blackcurrant, balsamic vinegar, fairly dry on the finish, almost a bit woody, tannins etc. Not as jam like as another version I’ve had, bit of a different beast!

Very dry, very acidic, high tannic value & vinegary edge (little too much for me in this case) dark Cherry skins. Quite viscous too.

This was on my wish list fucking ages ago, nice to check off one of the OG ‘wants’ off the list. Very soft for a lambic, lovely stone fruits and apricot all over though. Surprisingly low acidity.
