Roasty and chocolatey but not so much on the maple. Boozy for sure. Figured I would start late afternoon to drink and enjoy this slowly before another early morning shift.

Drinking it chilled and out of the bottle. I can feel the thickness of it, it's coffee-ish, creamy and definitely taste the bourbon or oakness of it. This is a good beer to sip slowly on on a free evening and you don't gotta be up early.
