Michael graciously allowed me to try his bottle. It was pretty good. Kinda funky. I believe it was aged in wine barrels. The white wine really came through for me. Subtle hint of blackberries too. Tart. Overall, I think it's a deliciously unique brew.

Good plum and blackberry give a bit of sweetness that turns more wine like. Light sour & funk. Dry

Not a fan of sour beers. Thought I try it since it’s close to a Black and Blue. Make it again already Dogfish Head.
