Au nez, c’est littéralement du vin. Acidité assez prononcée qui overwhelm un brin la subtilité du raisin. Bien content d’y avoir goûté, mais je vendrai pas mon âme pour aller en rechercher une.

Many thanks to a couple on our tour for sharing their bottle! Golden and clear. Nose, and taste, have a floral-medicinal note. Very dry finish. Not for my palate.

Les mots ne peuvent décrire cette bière. Légèrement plus pétillante que les autres Cantillon. Elle se rapproche beaucoup du vin au nez. Petit goût de racine agréable. Incroyable de A à Z !

Maybe the best druiven Cantillon atm. Delicious, drinkable, sour, deep, perfect match with pomace. Can go way over with evolution.

This is apparently a polarizing beer, but I loved it. It was dry but mouthwatering, and the grape to it had lots of the wine-like but hints as well of citrus, raisin, and prominent funk.

Interesting approach to a grape lambic. Probably would prefer regular Vigneronne though.

23 avril Dernière journée Cantillon. Pour vrai moi Vin Santo me plait beaucoup. Le raisin est beau elle est plus acide mais sans venir serrer les joues. Sèche mais goûteuse 4.375

this is fantastic. it's both intensely grape and light at the same time. must be the uniqueness of the dried grape pomace.
