Ashanti (2023) T

Pepper hits you in the nose on this one. Very nice. Pepper level is less pronounced that Zwanze 2022 Poivre de Gorilles.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles T

2-year lambic, minimal carbonation, cloudy amber color, sour pepper nose, first taste is strong pepper which mellows as palate calibrates. A little sweetness shines through tartness. Pepper lingers.
