HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2022) Parker

Golden and hazy. Sour note to the nose. Taste is assertive, crisp, with a lingering sour (slight apple vinegar) note.

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2022) Parker

Golden and clear. Floral and oaky nose. Taste has a hint of orange peel. Finish is also floral. Light and crisp.

Oude Geuze Boon Parker

Edgy sour nose. Stronger bite. One note sour.

Fruit-Full Fort Parker

Brown and cloudy. Nose has a tart note. Taste goes berries and chocolate. Interesting.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020) Parker

Black and opaque. Rich. Smooth. Slightly warming. Balanced use of the barrel.

Higher Math Parker

Red-brown and opaque. Nose is tart (almost sour) cherry. Chocolate is in the background, but clearly present. Rich, fruity, and a little warming.

Mamouche (2022) Parker

Golden, slight hazy. Pepper meets floral. Neither dominates. Interesting change from the 2022 Zwanze (Poivre de Gorilles).

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Parker

Golden and hazy. Carb is low - 2 year (lower sugar) lambic with black pepper. Nose meets taste with great black pepper notes. Sour hint at the back. Delicious. Not a one-and-done beer.

Zwanze 2021 - Parasol Parker

Back in Brussels - had to stop. Simply delicious beer.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Parker

This is a good batch. Cinnamon shows through nicely.

Trandoshan Ale Parker

Blood orange wheat. Some spicy notes. Orange is enjoyably not sweet.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio Parker

Red and clear. Sour fruit nose, and sour cherry taste to match. Great Lambic.

Barrel Aged High Ball Drifter Parker

Red-amber and clear. Definite liquor, with underlying citrus notes. Dry finish.

Kernza Pils Parker

Solid pilsner. The sustainable perspective is interesting.

Zwanze 2021 - Parasol Parker

One more time. Because they made me stay here. Yes, it is 10:40AM local.

Zwanze 2021 - Parasol Parker

Orange-gold and crystal clear. Funky bitter orange nose. Taste is dry, with a strong citrus orange character. Crisp. Dry, but not astringent. Citrus lingers. Excellent.

Vinsanto 2020 Parker

Many thanks to a couple on our tour for sharing their bottle! Golden and clear. Nose, and taste, have a floral-medicinal note. Very dry finish. Not for my palate.

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) Parker

Bright raspberry nose, and clear red color. Raspberry taste is weaker than the nose. Finish is dry, and gently fruity, that cleans quickly.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Parker

Cinnamon throughout. Black and opaque. Full mouthfeel, with good roast, barrel, and spices. The cinnamon/vanilla blend plays a little coconutish. Tasty. Thanks for sharing, Don!
