Pretty nice, dry roasty, dutch cocoa, creamy subtle vanilla. Took a gamble on a 12 pk and I am not upset about it.

Mild sherry notes, tropical fruit and grape candies. Soft and complex for 9 year old geuze.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°2 Shoaff

Dry, tannic, woody, tart. Quince, green apple, lemon zest, white grapes, herbs. Mild papery oxidation. Very nice geuze, one of my favorites from Boon.

50 Degrees N - 4 Degrees E (2020) (Cognac) Shoaff

Cognac soaked basement, lemon meringue pie, grape skins. Gorgeous well rounded blend, absolutely worth every penny.

Aged so well. Caramelized pears, funky dry lambic sourness. Bleu cheese. I miss these weird beers from Mikkeller.
