flat green apple cider, hints of minerality, stonefruit, bright, crisp and refreshing.

Malt Does More

Nose of green apple, stone fruit, soft grassy funk. Palate follows, mellow, insanely drinkable, suggestions of grape in the finish. Haven’t had this one for a while, and a few years after bottling it’s lovely.

kept a year! fresh out the bottle was too acidic, but after a bit it really opened up nicely!! soft lemony citrus, apricot and stonefruit! :)

Malt Does More

Surprisingly sharp funky nose, tart apricot, and the palate follows: tart stone fruit and lemon with hints of florals, sour lemon with a bracing dry short finish that lengthens with warmth. This improved hugely after standing a few minutes.

coffee coffee! followed by vanilla. and an almost BBA characteristic (even though not BBA variant). smooth. pairs nicely w pork belly 'burger.' bao bao! 😋
