1/23/15. Perfect balance. Lively carb, medium body with a supporting tannic presence. Bright sour patch lactic acidity with a seamless transition to that classic Cantillon funk followed by a refreshing off dry finish. Magical

C’était le fun de faire le comparatif avec la 3F 2016. C’est fou la différence. La première gorgée de Cantillon était tellement plus frais/floral. En se réchauffant le funk ressort et un mini cheese aussi. Bien aimé même si ne se compare zéro à 3F imo.

Hazy blond beer, thin creamy white head. Aroma: tart, sharp, earthy, malt. Taste: sour, tart, dry, rich, low bitterness, a bit astringent. Modest carbonation.

À l’aveugle avec une 3F de la même année. Quasi flat. Plus pâle. Nez classique Cantillon ultra reconnaissable d’emblée. Ça pas été un challenge différencier les deux. Cool expérience.

This was nice. Subtle. Not overly tart or funky. Pretty sophisticated. Fruity and dry.
