Fuck yeah. Moved into our first home! Tart, massive funk and very dry. Apple skin is almost gone and the drones taken over. A treat picked up from the brewery and saved for a special day.

March bottle. Not a massive cantillon gueuze fan but this is probably the best I’ve ever had from them. Some lovely vanilla/oak notes that really elevated it.

Easter 3x3, day 1 dish 2. Paired with moules, gueuze and sourdough fries. Delicious beer sporting perfect Sherry oxidation and a delicious pairing.
