Delicious. Funky af. Nice bright carb and a hint of lemongrass. This is delightful. Classic Cantillon and among some of the best I’ve had. Just delightful

this 2020 is very since for being so young. utterly insanely funky nose. funky as fuck. some nice lemon.

Creo que el sabor mas cercano y apropiado que se me ocurre seria el "Guarapo" (bebida caribeñas a base de ananá/piña/abacaxi de fermentacion espontanea), muy rica.
