Sameahko pronssinruskea. Voimakkaan tallinen, tanniininen ja happaman hedelmäinen tuoksu. Maku samaa, mutta lisäksi kirpeyttä ja hedelmänkuorien pitkään kestävää lempeää kitkeryyttä. Virkistävä ja voimakkaan makuinen.
