Delicious young - tart, creamy, funky and bright. A little under carbed

Fou' Foune (2017) S

Possibly the last beer of my 20's. Really different from fresh - not fruity, but juicy, tannic, and acidic in equal balance. Tart and funky. Lemon curd.

Iris (2021) S

First try of Iris. More robust malty body and bitter than a typical Cantillon beer. Not my favorite from them, but still delicious.
