En in 1 dag opeens mijn 3e cantillon. In dit café werd ook zwanze gehouden. Lekkere frambooskes, goed zuur en beetje funky.

This is where Zwanze Day was but of course I couldn't make it then. Nice little Belgian bar but it's surprisingly fancy.

Очень богатый и сложный вкус, с оттенком gose и очень сухой вишни, сладости нет совсем, но нет и кислоты.

Look at those grape/raisin notes! Resembles propolis too. Acidity is shining, while funkiness is again moderate. Some sweetness coming from the grapes too - like a dried fruit character.

Apricots and Cantillon can't go wrong. Mild in funkiness compared to some super funky sours, mid-high acidity, excellent overall balance.

This shouldn't work but does. Takes me back to being four years old and having beetroot with my meat and potato pasty... but in the form of a sour beer.
