Revisiting. Funky with THAT typical Cantillon aroma. Fruity, super well balanced. I also blended some of it with Bottle Logic's Memory Systems (2022). Weird but good stuff 😂

THAT smell. Funky, apricot, citrus, high carbonation, so well balanced.

Very flowery, also vinegary. Bit peppery too, which is quite nice. Wait, there's some bell pepper notes here too. Brilliant balance.

The berries and the vanilla are a perfect match. Another year, another batch, and again I'm getting some cheese notes here.

Nice and mild. Starfruit, dry, not very complex yet but solid.

Vigneronne (2020) Oliveira

Look at those grape/raisin notes! Resembles propolis too. Acidity is shining, while funkiness is again moderate. Some sweetness coming from the grapes too - like a dried fruit character.

Fou' Foune (2020) Oliveira

Apricots and Cantillon can't go wrong. Mild in funkiness compared to some super funky sours, mid-high acidity, excellent overall balance.

Fruity, raspberry, rhubarb, fruity Brett, dry, bit of blue cheese. Balance and drinkability here are fantastic.
