Quite bitter vintage with a strong aroma of aged hops. Acidity is on a medium level, same as carbonation. User friendly tartness.

Crisp, lightweight, grainy body. Hops contribute citrus, fresh apricot and grapefruit and a long lasting piney bitterness.

Cucumber overlord dominating the (kettle sour) Weisse and the Orange. Hibiscus survived but giving a lovely colour. Would prefer a higher carbonation for this kind of beer.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions)
Gooseberry, green apple, citric, somewhere between relatively dry and some residual sweetness, mild funk, high bitterness.

Tart, leather, high carbo & relative high bitterness, green apple, good funk.

Somewhere between Radler and wine spritzer. Sweet, white grapes, minimal tart, sparkling. Some more noble hops would provide some more complexity, now it’s tasty but not very exciting.
