Love this beer! Tart and sweet with apples pears and a touch of lime. Some toffee caramel, rhubarb and traditional lemonade!

Mellowed excellently. Not tartness but lovely fruits with caramel - toffee apples and dried apricots.

Perfectly tart but drinkable as a morning beer. Cherries, raspberries, tomato sauce? Geraniums, faint crap chocolate cherries, touches of balsamic vinegar and strawberries a pinch of black pepper. Thos is a very good beer once it warms up will be epic?

Wonderful almost cider like with a rich background. Almost like a tomato paste. Some honeydew melon with raspberries, citric acid and peach syrup (sour) with apricot and bergamont. Lovely stuff!

Mellow, pine sap, apple struddles, lemon meringue pie, lime juice and aome pineapple notes. Quite some acidity in the finish which is lovely. Must get some big bottles of this again to lay down. So very drinkable! Everyone loves parfait!

This is very good nice apple notes with pears and almost lemon peel notes. Fairly well balanced not too sour but sour enough. As it warms up it gets better.very good mouth feel to this. Something i could drink a lot of! Quite creamy but i get more pear on

A classic - love this beer! Think it is mellowing a little already / some sour apple hint of lime and then gooseberry with a touch of honey
