Pretty difficult to rate. Starts as a regular and in shape cantillon gueuze, lemony and funk, some tears like little mineral, bit tart and grapefruity. Tends to have a little acetic drift with warming. 4.15. As usual pretty good with mussels 😅

A better bottle, in a Monkish glass no less. Very mellow, cider-ish
