1/20/20. This date is drinking great…cedar, Brussels funk, white cherries, lemon, sea minerals, light leather, and grapefruit. Very fresh, but has some aged geuze qualities which is impressive for such a young’n. Acidity is mellow on a medium+ body.

Two, almost three years cellared and this is just pure bliss. Super mango-y and snappy with some decent wood notes. I don’t really know how you could better this, more age?

Clean, delicate and elegant, though surprisingly straightforward & lacking complexity. Mainly on apple and yeast aromas with a soft acidity level. I was expecting more depth and character out of a Cantillon that's for sure.

Added some cracked pepper to get that Zwanze 2022 effect

375ml BC. Bottled 6 June 2020. Excellent complex mega dry gueuze blend with typically great Cantillon funk and acidity.

Stellar bottle of Cantillon Gueuze.

Better than their usual Gueuze, but still don't think this is top tier gueuze. The water profile is the best thing about this beer, but the flavour kinda ends there. 4.35
