Good start to the weekend. Not as funky as other vintages, but always a treat.

Rent og veldig surt. Ikke for alle, men for oss som liker slikt.

Solid but by no means a favourite. Yeasty, tart, light mustiness.

It's a nice refreshing beer with a sour and woody flavour. It has a nice aroma and flavour of fruits. The beer has a alcohol percentage of 5,5%.

LCI - A classic 😁 Happy to find some Cantillon here with amazing dishes 😋👌 Dry, woody & funky with a tad tartness, bottled 27.10.20, not too young, that's great 👍 4.2

Berry farmyard hay, but easy drinking delicate sourness. Not too much, not too little

A trip to the farm! Lots of funk and dry straw. Apparently Vancouver gets a lot of these half bottles so I decided to support the BC economy. Sure it’s the “shelf” Cantillon but nothing to complain about here. 4.35

The last one I had was a 2020 cork and this is 20/21, very interesting. This is tasting so stellar right out of the gates!

My first from Cantillon. Been keeping an eye out for years now and finally got lucky. Just excellent. Funk, oak, tartness, all there, but its all so well rounded and nuanced.

Pientä puumaisuutta oli, mutta ei mitenkään häiritsevästi.
