Veel beter dan ik gewend ben van Cantillon qua geuze. Vrij hoppig, beetje chlorig, maar vooral erg zacht.

Tasted blind. I was sure it had some stonefruit or plum it it. Best one in years

Nydelig. Blindsmaking. Var sikker på at det var steinfrukt i den.

Some sweet and acidic perfectly combined, with some lemon, oak and funk flowed by an oily dryish finish

Stunning. Thanks Arabella!! Honoured to enjoy the last pour from this fantastic birthday-release bottle tonight 🙏 Everything we imagine Cantillon to be 🥳

The Gueuze is the only Cantillon I've had, but this is my third vintage. Big surprise, the condition is miles beyond the one I had in Japan. Probably the loveliest, most pleasant Gueuze I've ever had. Not even sure how something like this exists.

Cracking start to the brew cavern advent. First one of these in a while and it's class as always

First sip is a strong funky white wine taste with a strong dry bitterness, utterly crazy and hard to fully describe but utterly fantastic. I won’t up with this taste still lingering in my mouth with a bag hangover the day after I had it!

First Cantillon of my trip here in Spain and man does it taste great.

Champagne of brussel is a fitting nickname for this one. Complex flavor blend, young lambic and popping citrus notes
