Light wooded apple smell, blonde color, good body. Dry wooded taste, apple persistence. Nice edition, enjoyed it!

Bottled April 15th, 2020. Nose is super fresh with massive stone fruits and white flowers. Palate is basically Del Monte Canned mini Mandarin orange slices but in the best possible way! Lightly tart, fruity and pleasantly yeasty. This is a masterpiece!

Bottled the April 15th 2020 and containing 50% of 4yo lambic. More complex than the classic ones. Funky, Woody, bitter orange, citrusy. Kind of vanilla in the nose.

Gewoon niks aan de hand. Houtinvloeden, zacht, bescheiden in het koolzuur, zoals vaker bij Cantillon. Gistig en kruidig. Zachte licht zure afdronk.

Mycket stall och stenfrukt i doft, vilket också återkommer i smaken. Friska, fruktiga toner med stenfrukt och citrus dominerar. Relativt låg funkighet. Framförallt väldigt välbalanserad, med bra avvägd syrlighet. Låg kolsyra. Torrt avslut.

Very good, as always. Grapefruit, cheese rinds and oak. Paired with steak tartare with assorted assortments 🤤

I feel like such a fraud for giving every Cantillon a 5 but this is legitimately perfect - if Armand and Gaston is a 5 for its massive farmyard-y funk then this is a 5 for its poise and balance
