Lucky find! And under-priced, again. Crowbar's bottle cabinet is, definitely, better than what's on tap. Sour, very dry, bitter and light.

It's a very nice dry lambic. Not crazy balsamic, but definitely in that range. It's got a champagne thing going on. Some very strong fruits lying under the barrely notes. Generally quite intense.
