Prime impy barrel stout. No gimmicks, just smooth, boozy, vanilla jazzjuice.

No rating for this one because it's a full year out of date. There's a dusty note that's probably replaced the usual Dry&Bitter hop smash. Oh well. Nice can.

Heavy on the herbals. Not a huge body, but textured enough. Lemon pledge lol. Slightly ham on the nose.

Hits the damn spot. Hop vegetal forward but balanced out with a bizarrely creamy texture and a surprising, roasted yam sweetness. Ain't very hazy looking, but it's definitely got that muddled hop profile. Definitely the good bitterness up front and back.

Legit as hell. Incredibly flavourful and with a pretty substantial body. Incredibly unique sourness that compliments the Yuzu wonderfully. Kumquat vibes

Fluffy is a good word. Lots of oat creaminess and a pretty gentle hop bill makes it textured by easy to drink.

Bourbon but roasty. I can taste barley porridge and fresh toast. The vanilla is a nice smoothing agent but not super present in the flavour profile. Ends on a satisfying cereal note.

Waaaayyy more creamy wheat than sour. An original take on the style without changing ingredients or adding weird shit. Very pleasant and with an extra complexity. Good on ya Mikk.

Beer Geek Flat White Cavicchioli
Definitely funky for the style. Not super heavy with a pretty unusual woody(?) light sweetness. Almost tastes like it's got some kind of botanical additions but it don't. Fluffy texture.

Very soft, lemony and easy. Crisp enough for warm weather but sweet and soft enough for colder days.

A good herbal, floral funk from the Idaho 7. Some rosewater with a malt base that starts off a bit strong, but gives way to a lemonade spritzy tone with the lemondrop hops.

Yomyom. Actually a lot more complex than I remember the Impy version being. Some mild funky tones brought out in there. Not overly sweet at all, nor hugely sour.

Spontandryhop Idaho 7 & Lemondrop Cavicchioli
Brings out a totally different side of the already bizzaro Idaho 7. Funked out mango, papaya and almost rotten stonefruit give way to a gentle acidity reminiscent of pineapple juice cocktails. Slightly hogo without being too acidic or unapproachable

Ooooo that's very refreshing. The Hibiscus must be very subtle but the blood orange keeps it very interesting.

Fuck me I've made one that tastes like this. Malt gives way to pine and coconut which stops JUST short of becoming too bitter. Gorgeously balanced dry hops for a non NE IPA.

Soft before the hop punch. Tastes like forest summer days. A lot of hop subtlety happening in the background. The wheaty sweetness carries all the way to the aftertaste. Honestly feels like it progresses through 4 beers in turn.

Framboise Boon (2020) Cavicchioli
Ehhhhh it's like a slightly funky cider. Far too sweet with a very disappointingly weak barrel funk. Slight champagne note that's interesting but overwhelmed by the sugar.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Cavicchioli
It's a very nice dry lambic. Not crazy balsamic, but definitely in that range. It's got a champagne thing going on. Some very strong fruits lying under the barrely notes. Generally quite intense.

Suuuuper creamy with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. Idaho 7 is just a good, uncomplicated slab of heady fruits that's ascended to god status with oaty textures. Would make a fantastic cold weather IPA.

Well titled. It's a great middle ground between a high fruited sour and an IPA. Gentle in both hops and sourness.

Strawberry up front descending into an almost Julebock spiciness. Restrained bitterness and a decently prominent sweetness balanced out by a heaviness from the spice notes makes for an interesting if sightly challenging drink

Spontantriplecherry Cavicchioli
Juuuuust the right amount of funk for Adriana. Oaky nose and only stays juicy for just long enough to not overstay it's welcome before launching into a wonderfully fortunate wild ale craziness. Excellent balance of some hard to balance flavours

It's a little tame. Slightly winey. Oatmeal mouthfeel is lacking but there's a good oat taste. Really is only the texture that lets it down.
