Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2014) M.

Mold under the cap and on the top cork, used an ah-so to open, cork came out fine. Lively carbonation, light, and so much flavor. Regardless of age, this has to be the most consistent sour I’ve ever had.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen M.

Super light, herbal, and a crisp bitterness. Beach beer at 3.5%

Raspberry Trippelbock M.

You could properly socialize distance from this beer and still smell the fruit. Pretty sour, though suspect that was unintentional? Still dig it.

Porter Barrel Aged Bourbon M.

I know I’m a fanboy, but there is just something about a dark beer from Mikkeller that just hits all the right notes. Roasted grain, dark chocolate, rich espresso, and an oak note from the barrel. Just stellar.
