Fairly light on tartness, grapes, vinous, dry

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio

Branchy cherries, sourness is fairly light, and I remember it being more intense. Still, nice as always, and drier as it goes

Stuffed Crust

Just bad, kinda urea, infected feel was my first impression. Farmyard hay and cat piss if you're nice about it.

Peders Pilsner

Sweetish czech aroma, turns to emeraldy noble german thing and then gradually really dry.

Brown Owl

Oh, the second time this year for this one. Not a lot of brown ales going round.

Beer Geek Konfekt

Almond, coconut, marzipan, chocolate. It is what it says it is as I googled konfekt. Almond paste laskiaispulla feels. Not great, not horrible. At least it's christmas...or laskiainen already

Swedish Wash

Very clearly a wine beer, green grape skins, vinous, kinda like sweet sparkling wine. Not bad, a little sweet maybe in context. Grew on me, deceptively easy for 11+% esp. for wine drinkers I guess

Iskold Classic

Toasty malty lager, brownish and tastes like it. Sweetish, not a lot of hop character, but the maltiness makes up for it. Good and different

Unblended Oude Lambiek Foeder #19

sour hay, then more citrusy thing. Quite a pleasant sour, enough bite but drinkability as well

Rosé de Gambrinus

Drier than usual for this, great raspberry aroma, slightly more rasp balsamico in taste

Stereo Mono: Strata

Citrusy dry and dull. Minerals. Lacks drinkability

Quite a bit more berries, woodsy blueberry with some of the branches in. Sweetish, drying and nice again. maybe I'd like a little more sourness.

Piacere

Kinda sweet comparatively, but also deep cherryish red grape taste slightly vinous, and still dries out nicely. Fast drinking, which is lucky since I need to finish 75cl in 30min

Taphouse Kellerkold

Some ester notes in aroma, but thick grain in taste. Long lasting dry grain, even a little too dry but hay, it is what hay is, geddit

Feels lighter than in bottles, but very nice cherry drinkability

Brown Owl

Quite pleasant cola, nutty. balances the sweet with the dry brown ale notes pretty well.

Somni

Citrus dryish aromas, floury minerality creeps.

Dank & Juicy

Still a nice sweetish light toffee maltiness to a semi bitter finish. Not exactly juicy by todays standards, but balanced.

Promethian

Last pour of this keg. Woodsy hop and cookie malty aroma. Warming up quite a bit more fruit peel fruity. Doughy body, berry bitterness, finishes licorice

Backwoods Bastard

Bourbony vanilla, raisiny dark toffee maltiness. Pretty nice warming booziness

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2022)

Funky, earht berries. Very pleasant sourness, surprisingly not the dryest. Funk gets more intense

Sort of berry juicy to start, honey, thinnish and not that smooth

Space Race

Sweet vanilla on top of a soft fruitiness

Double Svart

Sweet blackcurrant juice, can't get much else

Camerise (2021)

Great subtle berry and cantillon aroma.Tastewise lots more berries. I could imagine a flowery honey taste to it, like kanerva aroma? Feels slightly sweeter than usual for cantillon. Interesting stuff.

India Brown Ale

Raisiny brown ale, sweet enough. A little skunky hoppy after a bit, still like it.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020)

Berry farmyard hay, but easy drinking delicate sourness. Not too much, not too little

Rosé de Gambrinus

raspberry, a little more raspberry vinegary than i remember, but also somehow sweet. Once the initial bite fades, it's raspberry sour candy with added depth

Geuze Boon Sélection

A little thinner, well, far thinner than a proper gueuze. Easy, maybe works as an introduction to the branchy sour thing, but watery, diluted feel to it

Dankwood

Sweet caramel and some raisins. Initial stickiness to needly pine finish with warming strength but smooth. Really like this style, brown ales are where it's at

Wildflower IPA

Definitely did not drink it here, but if I did, could be a cool pairing to rugbrød tuna.

Interstratal Abyss

Far better than I remember, or what was in Alko cans. Creamy smooth hop juice, a little dank, sweet fruit. SI like Strata.

Ok citrus focused ipa, decent bitterness

Vigneronne (2019+)

The cantillon subtle dry sourness in the back is great as always. Not a huge fan of the vinous funk, but definitely not one note.

Stolen Red Berries

Reminds me of some hard raspberry candy. Aroma is sweet, but tastes clearly drier, harder. Not sour or tart, but a nice perfumy fruit beer

Undulate V8

Very nice roasty light stout. I could tell from the aroma alone I'd like this. Dark roast coffee but not acidic, cut with significant sweet licorice, and some 'irish' minerality to make it very quaffable.

Hop Men's IPA

Definite hop bite, even some caramel sweetness, not old school stuff, but nice. Good start.

Skulder Ved Skulder

'Classic' as style? I hear it's roasted malt lager, and it is quite roasty indeed. Something barley porridge like to it, fairly heavy grain focus.

Mikkeller Super Cool

Not a lot of aroma tropical fruits in taste. Nothing harsh, easy, but ultimately uninteresting

Matchboxy haze.

Soft characteristic cantillon aroma, dark cherry. Fairly easy, too easy? Good cherries anyway

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal

Cherry yoghurt aroma, soft kriek, in a good way. Some of that branchy pleasant sour cut with vanilla, yoghurt, but dries somewhat

Visions Lager

Noble hoppy aroma fades quite fast. Sharp green grass and grains in the initial taste, long lasting bitterness in the back.

Phosphenes & Moonbeams

Feels quite a bit thinner than before. Still airy citrus, birch, but that low alc honey wortiness is much more apparent as it has cleared in look, too.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen

Citrusy, sprucey, light lemon.

Phosphenes & Moonbeams

Sweet aromatic fruits, irange, ripe pineapple, all that. Cereally body reveals itself gradually.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio

Cantillon sour in aroma, dry flowery taste. Not super deep, but quite sour and stem of a flower in there. Not my favourite cantillon, but well nice

Interstratal Abyss

Dank grassy in aroma. Very biscuit malty taste that's basically dried crackers. Aroma focused hops don't have much chance after that and no bitterness

Dankwood

Caramel, a little resiny and raisins. Bourbon sweetness in the back. Fairly warming, barleywine-like. Nice wintry ale.

Geuze Mariage Parfait

How have I not ticked this before? That sour, oxalic acid aroma. Berries and a little caramel in taste, but falls a little flat in aftertaste
