Light in the Dark

Stout - Imperial / Double

Light in the Dark is an imperial stout which we brewed together with our good friends at Broaden & Build. We introduced some brightness to this dark and intense beer by adding clementine peel and juice from Grojuice, as well as cacao husks. The citrus balances out the hefty roasted chocolate notes, making this otherwise big and bold imperial stout surprisingly refreshing.

Reminded me of After eight actually. Very mint chocolate ish. Not my fave but really nicely light bodied for the abv.
