The nose was somewhat soapy and floral at first. Mostly unripe red sour candy cherries. Yeasty side with light brett and touch or barrel. Overall pretty decent, but not their best imo

Very good blend with vin jaune from Jura. Nutty, citrus, balanced. Just drinks itself!

See it on the menu….no hesitation whatsoever! Lemon lime with grapefruit peel. Tart and acidic with white wine notes. Touch of that funky wooden brett from Cantillon. Epic bottle!

LCI - this is the most flavour i have tasted in and NA beer! Very testy.

50 Degrees N - 4 Degrees E (2020) (Cognac) P

LCI - this place is becoming a local favourite of mine! Had never heard of this Lambic. The Cognac barrel gives it a nice wood round touch. Paired up perfectly with the Bourbon pouding!

BB date is June 2018. Likely past its prime. But you can still appreciate the caramel aspects withtout the wood from the barrel ageing. Note to self…stop waiting so long!

Late Breakfast stout! Lost bottles in a box stashed in the cold room for a few years. It held the road very well. Still tons of dark chocolate and coffee. Very impressed on how good this 4 year old + beer has become!
