Very bitter, a little metallic, but there’s some coffee. Wish it was a bit more rounded, either through the body or barrel aging quality.

Incredibly well preserved. Almost no oxidation, light funk, soft mouthfeel with moderate (for 30y old) acidity.

Can barely taste any lambic, but I love beets, so it was awesome!

A little too fragrant, some pine-sol notes action, but tasty overall.
