Un peu mentholée avec une finale sur les noisettes. Vraiment unique. Un peu de pain en réchauffant.

I think this beer is seriously awesome. So floral with a nice medium acetic acidity and tons of funk.

Lucky store find. Same comment as Mamouche 2019: tomato juice notes. Is this just what happens to the elderflower flavor as it gets older?

Really solid but drowned out by the beers around it. Could probably drink this all day. Slight tart and slight funk. Could use some time, but tasty regardless

GOSSÉ QUI SE PASSE SÉRIEUSEMENT EN BOUCHE!?!? Premier goût de gros funk bretté, un peu vineux et boisé aussi! En 2e phase, on tombe dans l'amertume tranchant et l'astrigence florale, pour enfin finir sur des notes de fleurs! Complexe et balancé. Gros oui!

Spicial it is. Floral/gazon frais coupé au nez. Pissenlits en bouche lorsque bien froide. Initialement douce, mais goût de cornichon / piment vert qui se développe. 4.15 mettons #payes

Acabar el 2021 i empezar el 2022 con esto es un lujo. Flor blanca, hierbas silvestres y algo de albaricoque pero muy de refilon. Acabado seco con recuerdos a manzanas verdes. Muy equilibrada. 4,35.
