Limbo Raspberry T.

Even better than the Lowmotion Red, which is quite impressive. A very vibrant, off-dry and slightly tannic raspberry character. A little bit of vanilla and wheat. Snappy and dry, like a good modern berliner weisse.

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA T.

Definitely the weakest of the bunch. Like a hoppy sparkling water with a bit of creaminess and vanilla ester touch. A little odd and plain, but not straight up bad😅.

Fanø Forår T.

Nope. Not good. Yeasty esters and just not much cleanliness. Maybe even a bit of green peas too. Almost rustic malt character that reminds me of a saison. Just weird.

Pineau d’Aunis (2019) T.

Definitely a lot of what seems to be the pineau d'aunis grape character. Strawberry, red currant, black and white pepper, herbs, forest floor. Super balanced acidity and dryness. I think this could benefit from further aging👌. 4.4

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2021) T.

BL. Really unique and odd😅. Big oceanic vibes. Salt water, sea buckthorn, seaweed, red currant, old wood, very light red grape. Balanced acidity. Not for everyone, and not my favourite Cantillon, but it's a fun drinking experience🌊.

Himmelfryd T.

Not the best pils, but it's pretty decent. A little husky grain character. Almost too rustic, lacking some of that cleanliness you want. Quite crisp, with a floral and grassy hop character that could have a bit more snap.

Slice of Sunshine T.

Best IPA from Bad Seed so far. It's just what I wanna drink atm. Very aromatic, crisp, clean and bright. Gooseberry, pineapple, juicy grapefruit, lemon pith, dankness. It's a crusher but still so popping. To be drunk now, while it's super fresh🍍. 4.35

Mango Mussolini T.

Infected. Super foamy, smelled and tasted like a bad homebrew...

Solstik T.

Not nearly as distinct and popping as Månestøv. Apricot esters, orange juicebox, a little earthy, pith. I can't believe this should be hoppier than Månestøv, as it's a little muddled and not as expressive. Very easy drinking stuff tho! 3.8

Månestøv T.

Back in the day Kølster apparently was pretty bad, hence the ratings? Now, mr. OG Alefarm has taken over the brewing👌. Very aromatic and super bright. Lots of lime, lemon, mandarin, slightly catty, and a kiss of resin. Damn tasty, popping, crusher. 4.35

Mamouche (2021) T.

A lot of funk for this young age. Popping with fresh elderflower, and crazy well balanced. Low acidity. Also white grape, rustic, slightly herbal, a touch of forest floor, old wood, dry. I think I'll need to drink all future vintages🌞. 4.6

Neu Pilsner T.

A tasty pils. I'm sure I've tasted this in fresher editions, where it was a little superior to this one, but still good. Grassy, lemon pith, slightly floral, crackers, a bit of white bread🇩🇪.

All Day IPA T.

Even though not super fresh, it's still a tasty session IPA. One of my first when I got into craft beer. Orange, grapefruit, biscuity, piney. Not very bitter, but has a pleasant bite. Definitely an all day IPA, yes! 3.65

La Ferme T.

Hmm, a bit of an oddball. Pepper, prune, plums, chestnut, salinity, bready. The flavours seem a little oddly put together. Quite easy drinking.

Phase Curve T.

Super tasty session IPA. Pithy, pineapple, lemon, dankness, wheaty. Sessionable, although with a good amount of hop character. 3.8

Dasher T.

BL. Lots of orange, piney and some peach. Pithy and dry finish. Wasn't getting a lot of coriander. Maybe a faint herbal / spiced note. Easy drinking and tasty👌.

Barrel Aged King Ink T.

Drank this right after BBA Dark Star to compare. This one is more old school American impy in the vain of Hoppin' Frog. Leather, tobacco, licorice, 90% chocolate, charry. Could use a bit more depth from sweetness / a fudgier profile. Nice tho👌. 4.15

Chemtrailblazer T.

Also third time this year😅. Has developed quite a bit in just two weeks. In my opinion, still more like a modern WC IPA. Oily lemon and lime, bready, sweaty dank, kush, some grapefruit and apricot. A little less zingy compared to when just canned.

Double Dippy Doo T.

I feel like this one varies a lot from batch to batch! Classic, but popping NE juice. Mango, overripe apricot, orange, a little catty Simcoe. Creamy and quite full bodied. Definitely something for fans of juicy IPA. I'd like a bit more edge. 4.15

Best Bad Seed IPA to date. Created as a NE IPA, but it's more like a modern WC IPA. Kushy, oily and juicy lemon / lime, piney, bright pineapple, lightly crackery. Vibrant and quite saturated this fresh. Medium bitter. Nice! 4.3

Christmas Unicorn T.

Pretty nice west coaster with tons of bitter orange peel. Biscuity and bready base. Could have a bit more complexity, but after all it's a Christmas IPA = lots of orange🎄🍊.

45 Days Organic Pilsner T.

BL. As always, a super crushable and snappy pils. Floral, citric, pithy, grassy, crackery. North German in style. I dig when music venues have something like this as their house beer👏. 3.85

Drink'in The Sun (0.3%) T.

BL. On the Wagon. I prefer this over Implosion. It's brighter, refreshing and has a nice snappy hop character. Lemony, pithy, elderflower, wheaty. 3.35

Tropical Rumble T.

Tart passion fruit, mango and peach backed up by an orangey and slightly floral hop character. It's easygoing and nothing special, but I think it works as a chill-out craft beer. Basically a sour session IPA. Fresh can from Svinninge👌.

Steeped: Biosphere T.

Nice washing down a terrible Rumanian pinot noir with this one 😅. Not as average as the rating would suggest. Ekuanot is just not my thing. Why is everybody so obsessed with using it😂? Orange, piney, grapefruit, peachy, earthy finish (ekuanot). 3.8

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) T.

This is more complex than I remember earlier vintages being. Definitely has a more aged character, which makes sense when it contains 30% more 3-year old lambic. White grape, doughy, old wooden cellar, thyme, lemon pith, light vinegar, rustic, plums. 4.4

Rosé de Gambrinus (2014) T.

Much better than the 2015 vintage. A lot less sour, more complex. Med - minus acidity, raspberry, nutty, funky cellar, hay, lots of tannin, spiced oak, notes of sherry. Has aged gracefully, but raspberry lambics aren't my favourite!

Rosé de Gambrinus (2015) T.

Unbalanced sourness that smears the overall complexity. Vinegary raspberry, tannic, dry, cork, sherry notes, a little spice. Either this was on a bad curve or it didn't age well.

Mamouche (2020) T.

Great having this again! Danish summer and great lambic in a glass. Superb balance of acidity, dryness and sweetness. Woody cellar funk, fresh elderflower, lemony, balancing oak tannins, apricot, red apple, rustic. Thx to Hopskull for this☀️. 4.6

Can IPA T.

BL. Definitely not the best batch... Very mellow and peppery. A little grapefruit and generic stone fruit, but not really a NE IPA tbf. It's more or less clear and doesn't have the texture of one either. Not bad, just a little plain.

Intrinsic Fold T.

Smells like Haribo gummy bears. Not super popping or expressive in flavour though. Quite generic juicy mango / apricot with a slightly peppery and woodsy finish. Gammas NE IPA game has been a bit average lately. 3.65

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2018) T.

Thx for sharing Max A.! Much less deep cherry than when it's fresh, but the funk and overall complexity has really developed.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2018) T.

Superb with that extra year of aging. More depth of funk and base lambics, yet still lots of fruit. More tannic grape, light sherry, old wooden cellar, green apple, pear, barnyard. A little lighter acidity than 19. Brilliant! 4.7

Vigneronne (2019) T.

A year of cellaring probably did it well👌. Super popping white grape, that gives off apricot, green apple and pear too. Musty, corky, oak, medium / light acidity. Light apple cider vinegar. Really expressive and not too young!

Killer Glow T.

Very similar to Trading Places, just bumped up. Mandarin, apricot, sweet mango, a little white pepper, and a hint of pithiness. Quite high drinkability for the ABV. Would love to see the unique hops in there shine a bit more. Very classic haze.

Trading Places T.

Phew, this one smells sweet😅. Happily, it has some bitterness on the palate. Sweet apricot, tangerine, overripe pineapple. Peppery, pithy and slightly lemongrassy finish. It's good, there are just so many DIPAs similar to this on the market.

Beer Geek Brunch Weasel Barrel Aged Islay T.

Quite marvellous how well it has held up after 6 years in the bottle! A little more dark fruity than last year, but still so intense on the peat, cigar, char, espresso, and dark chocolate. Quite thick for such an old school stout. Delish👌.

Stedsegrøn / Evergreen T.

Extremely light. Like danskvand with lemon. Basically carbonated water with lemon. A little green edge to it.

Illuminations T.

BL. Quite a brilliant BIPA tbh. It tastes like a citrusy, bright IPA with a darker malt character that doesn't take over.

Saint Lamvinus (2019) T.

Awesome grape character from the merlot. Tannic, cherry skin, ripe forest berries, leathery, slightly floral, light woodsy funk, long dry finish. Light acidity. I reckon this is even better in a year. 4.6

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave T.

It's fun, though beetroot is not really my thing! Earthy beetroot, mild sourness, wheaty, some barnyard.

Magic Lambic (2020) T.

I love the vibrant fruit character with this one. A nice, oaky vanilla character too. Lacks some funk, so not the most complex stuff from Cantillon. 4.4

Camerise Lambic (2020) T.

Quite unique aroma, bursting with honey covered red currant. Honeyberry, I guess! Super dry and woody flavour. Still red currant, floral, raspberry too. It needs to warm to get through with more complexity. Not much funk.

Mamouche (2020) T.

Big fan of this one! Fresh, dry and tart elderflower, perfect acidity, apricot, old wooden cellar, rustic. Will definitely seek out this vintage again. 4.65

Iris (2016) T.

Nice, slightly oxidised character. Sherry, floral, peppery hop touch, apricot, wooden cellar, aged hops. Has a bitter hop bite to it. Otherwise medium / lightly sour. Nice, but I prefer 3F when it comes to non-fruited lambic.
