Massive elderflower and hedgerow berry aroma. Elderflower, apple and white grapes, followed by tart lemon. Finishes with loads more elderflower and sparkling grape sod. Very sour from start to finish, with big carbonation enhancing everything.

Belle robe couleur cidre, légère mousse et un bon nez funky. En bouche le mouthfeel est excellent, bonne acidité avec une saveur fleur de sureau que je ne connaissais pas auparavant. Très bon travail c’est top !

Nez funky en s'ouvrant. Robe cidre, fine carbo. En bouche subtil acidité, c'est très frais, le sureau arrive sur la fin, petit côté cidre. C'est très bon.

Aroma is dominated by fresh elderflower, lemon, apple and some grass. Initial flavour adds some rough, dirty Cantillon funk. It’s wonderfully balanced, bright and drinkable. Light mouthfeel and medium carb. Finish is funky and mildly acidic. Beautiful.

Fantastic aroma of leather, hay-like brett and woody herbs. The flavor has perfect soft acidity with great depth of funk and barrel notes. The finish has strong herbals with hints of dill, parsley and flowers. Elegant mouthfeel and texture.

So refined, well balanced and drinkable. Mamouche is one of their best seasonals.

La touche cantillon est la, sureau très présent mais tellement juste dans les saveurs, on va à l’essentiel et c’est un vrai plaisir

Oporowy bez z jaśminem, funky fajnie. W ustach kwaskowe, bez, jaśmin, funky, trochę piwnica, drewniane nuty.

Herbal and slightly briney, Brussels funk. Green apple and elderflower. Goes still quickly, herbal flavors pop as it warms.

Very similar to a regular geuze. Subtle added flavor of the flowers. Surprisingly smooth and tasty.
