LCI- fun to see the mountie again, random find at the wine palace. Was it worth it? I’d say it’s held up but maybe on the downside atm. Still extremely mellow maple booze

This popped up on tap while we were there and man if it isn’t a whale worth hunting. Super good, ultra smooth and pillowy, biscuity maple. BeerAdvocates #1 ranked old ale

fln- wow! such incredible punching feel and flavors, sour bright gentle oak, highly active yeasties. served room temp as instructed and it makes it all the juicier and mellow on the palate, bringing out depth. apricots have never been better

grrrreat! a sipper for all occasions, organic leaning sour, not in your face, approachable; golden bubbly barley straw hay honey with resinous complexity and oak, get more lemon juicy citrus in a big sip. Cantillon 💪
