Super sweet refreshers and dank hop aroma. Taste is 100% pure drumstick sweets, then minial fusel alcohol into pine bitterness. Thrn sickly sweet pineapple, finishng with honey

Super fresh orange jelly and strawberry aroma. Orange peel and massive pine bitterness. Sneezy. Then huge bubblegum and fruit laces, finished with grapefruit pith and a bit of honey sweetness

Lovely fresh passionfruit puree aroma, with mango. Tart passionfruit, into a much more floral passionfruit, with lemon sourness. Then dry tannin, finishing with sparkling lemonade and salinity. Will aim for something closer to this the next homebrew

Fresh raspberry and pear aroma. Sharp raspberry, into nice lemon sourness. Then a bit of wheat malt breadyness for a second, then dry pip tannin, with a very creamy lactic sour finish

Thin fresh raspberry aroma with light malt. Overripe raspberry, into dark cherry yoghurt, with minimal sourness. Then woody tannin, into very sweet raspberry syrup, finishing a bit sickly sweet

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2020) R.

Nice moist cellar, white grapes and mild horse blanket. Sharp white grapes, sharp gooseberry and lemon juice. Finishes with brett and under ripe white grape and oak tannin. Strange with no carbonation, seems much more astringent

Iris (2020) R.

Lemon and fresh green hop with minimal maltyness. Tart, sour lemon and hay with an immediate hit if bitter green hop. Moves to brett, gooseberry and lavender to finish, really floral. Really nice to see cantillon testing what lambic is capable of

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019) R.

Sage, horse and green hop aroma. Really cool balance of acidic hop, lemon and green hop bitterness. Mellow lemon follows, into tart lemon and minimal funk to finish. Brilliant mix of fresh hop and old lambic

Mamouche (2020) R.

Massive elderflower and hedgerow berry aroma. Elderflower, apple and white grapes, followed by tart lemon. Finishes with loads more elderflower and sparkling grape sod. Very sour from start to finish, with big carbonation enhancing everything.

Nath (2020) R.

Slightly less cabbage than the 2019. Much more sugar rhubarb, along with hay aroma. Lemon sherbet, ripe rhubarb and fresh yoghurt. Then gooseberry and funk. Finishes with more rhubarb and white grapes. Miles better than the 2020, more fruit prominence.

Very chalky, dusty, vegetal aroma with caramelised sugar. Tart rhubarb, clotted cream, followed by lemon sherbet. Finishes with yoghurt and tart gooseberry, minimal funk. Not bad, was hoping for more. 2020 up next. 2019 cork

Fou' Foune (2020) R.

Massive apricot, vanilla and minimal funk. Apricot jam, white grapes and lemon, followed by peach and more sticky apricot. Finishes with tart gooseberry and more sweet peaches. Really lovely to have minimal funk and let the fruit shine through. 2020 cork

Vigneronne (2018) R.

Fresh white grapes, lemon and wet hay aroma. Sharp lemon sherbet and brett funk, into lemon curd and grape skin tannin. Finishes with lemon juice and apple. Really complex beer, can taste 3 different lemon notes. 2018 cork

Saint Lamvinus R.

Red grape, cherry and light funk aroma. Sharp Red fruit, grapes and hay, into horse and raspberry. Finishes with leather, more red grapes and ends on sharp and tart raspberry. Brilliant. 2019 cork

Big carbonation, had to tame this beast. Brett funk with white wine aroma. Starts with apples and hay, into dry apple cider and finishes with nice sour citrus and dry tannin. 4.0/5

Light brett and parmesan aroma. Into huge leathery and tannin, followed by white grapes and apple. Finishes with sour apple and more dry tannin

Beautiful golden colour, complex aroma of lactic acid and citrus with a hint of brett funk. First sip is incredible, tart white grapes, huge farmhouse flavours and apple and oakyness at the end. Can't beat this beer, it's perfection.

Lovely pineapple and mango aroma. Lovely juicy hit of pineapple at first and then grassy hops with minimal bitterness. Great crisp finish, super refreshing. Cheers Anil R.
