Been a while since the normal KBS. Lots of coffee. Maple works well here. The barrels are not there for me, but it a very decent stout.

Very refreshing and smooth. Sourness mellowed out a bit over the year. Lots of woody oakiness and nicely balanced.

Very similar to a regular geuze. Subtle added flavor of the flowers. Surprisingly smooth and tasty.

Really like this! Lots of vanilla, which works well with the fruity aspect of the lambic. Not too fruity or sweet, but so smooth!

Very soft and smooth. Not too much barrels like you’d expect from cantillon. It’s good but I expected a bit better.

Vinous and fruity. Not too sweet but with a nice amount of barrel aging oakiness. Sourness also a lots in the backend.

Fruity from the rhubarb. Not too sweet or sour. Nicely balanced as a whole.

No raspberry or rhubarb for me. Not too fruity and more like a normal gueuze. Its ok but nothing too special.

Very soft, fruity and balanced. Not too much oakiness but drinks beautifully smooth. Still one of my favorite cantillon.

It’s decent, but simply not really my style. Too roasted for me. Body is pretty rich and smooth, but not really my preferred kind of tastes.

Barrels are very prominent and take the grape tastes to the background. Woody but amazingly balanced with the (not too sweet) fruit. Best Cantillon for me so far.

Very good. Refreshing with a nice kick from the sourness. Barrels are very well hidden - making this very smooth and delicious.

Misser for me. For the fruits - it’s really surprisingly thin. It is quite refreshing too but I expected much more from this.

Very weird and unsuccessful for me. Body of a Pilsner but the crispness gets overruled by some weird roasted malts, giving caramel tastes that don’t fit with the beer at all.
