Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2021)

Much better than the last time I had this. Reminds me of the first time many years ago. Very soft on the palate with great balance of wood, vanilla, maple, mocha and smoke. Super smooth with marshmallow finish although not too sweet.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

Definitely pick up some of the Utopia barleywine notes amidst the dark bakers chocolate and alcohol. Not too hot surprisingly. Minor ash and roasted char at the finish. Pretty fun to sip on through the night. Not too sugary sweet.

Mamouche (2020)

Fantastic aroma of leather, hay-like brett and woody herbs. The flavor has perfect soft acidity with great depth of funk and barrel notes. The finish has strong herbals with hints of dill, parsley and flowers. Elegant mouthfeel and texture.
