Bourbon Barrel Aged King Ink (2023)

Roasty, heavy and slightly oaky with some stingy barrel and earthiness, hints of chocolate

Light, easy going and slightly floral hoppy with some grass and hay, hints of earthiness.

Chenin Blanc

Smooth and tart with some sourness and vinous grapes. Quite soft and complex

New Pilsner

Freebie. Grassy hoppy, earthy and slightly grainy malty with hints of dry earthiness and mild bitterness. Easy going.

Funky, dry and tartish with hints of green apples, farmyard and woody oaky notes and mild sourness. Complex but a bit unbalanced

Saint Lamvinus (2022)

Zwanze pour tickets ✅. Has mellowed out even more compared to last year. Quite jammy and vinous.

Lou Pepe Kriek (2018)

Smooth and slightly tart with some cherry juice, hints of funky farmyardy sourness. Surprisingly smooth and easy going, not as intense as previous vintages.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

Heavy, malty. boozy and dry roasty with some stingy wood, oak, syrup and earthiness, hints of warming alcohol. Quite intense.

Magic Lambic 2021

Funky, tart and jammy with raspberry notes, some vanilla and creamy notes, hints of sourness. Still surprisingly lot of vanilla notes left. Always a treat.

Dry, vinous and grapey with some hints of floral notes, spices, lemon and citrus. Quite carbonated and sour, a bit aggressive.

Spicy, peppery and funky with some farmyard sourness, tartness, earthiness and floral notes, hints of lemon and citrus. Quite similar to Zwanze 2022

Bready malty, grainy and slightly grassy with hints of hay and earthiness. Crisp and easy going but balanced.

Smooth and intense grape juice notes, hints of sourness and tart earthiness, funky farmyardy notes. Not intensely sour, quite vinous.

Olutravintola Pikkulintu

#lambiclauantai. Blast from the past, it's been over 10 years since I've last had this. 2006 vintage. Funky and musty, quite smooth and not aggressively sour, hints of muted fruitiness and grassy notes. Nicely aged.

Organic Mikhelles

Malty, earthy and slightly grainy with hints of hay and grass. Easy going lager

#lambiclauantai. Vinous and intensely grapey with hints of berries, tannins and funky farmyardy sourness. Feels more complex and vinous than previous Lamvinus vintages.
