Holy hell. So soft and delicate. Reminds me of Uli's btl of Cuvee Pajottenland ✨

This was the most impressive of all the bottles today, and wow was there a lot of unbelievable dusty vintage lambic. Amazingly intense nose, sweet funky cereal and aged hops, taste is intensely acidic, much more than geuze, straight lemony pop rocks.

This was the face I made when it was put on the table. Surprisingly great considering the age

Crazy. Apple, mushroom, nutty, on the way to seriously old lambic, but still recognizable. Cheers Dag Erik

Wow that’s tart. Not sour. Lip puckering but not upland enamel stripping. Just sweet tarts. Lemon. Funk on the nose.

Throwback Thursday: the legendary Cellar Dinner at Monks on 4/10/12. This was prob the best beer event I’ve ever attended especially at $85 bucks for insane dusty whales and 5 courses of food. Wood, lemon, barn, apricot. So soft and perfectly cellared.
