Tart and bitter. The taste is like stuffing your mouth with unripe berries as a child because you can’t wait for summer. I can tell the intentions were for this to be served as a cool beverage on a hot summers day and sadly I chose a dark, twilight hour

That's good sour stuff! Crispy, sour, refreshing and fully packed with berries. Leaves a long tart aftertaste in your mouth. Rich fruity nose.
