Choklad i doft och smak, med fat. Lite värmande abv. Tyvärr lite tunn i maltnotan.

Hans-Jørgen Martinus Vork Rosenwein
Burbon and oak on the aroma. A light boozy aroma. The flavour has a strong burbon profile with a light malt profile.

Giga bourbon nose. Oak boozyness right from start. Malt and a dryness. Notes of dark chocolate aswell and then bourbon in the aftertaste. The body is rather thin though, so the base could be more thick and full.

Black with a small brown head. Sweeet, roast malty caramel little brown sugar wood whisky little vanilla alcohol. Medium body soft to average carbonation sweet finish with warming alcohol. 140821

Min första bekantskap med danskarna. Mörk choklad, kaffe och vanilj på framträdande bourbonfat. Mycket gott!

Igen en virkelig lækker og kraftig øl. Meget markant smag af egetræs fad uden egentligat havde taget smag af whiskyen. En rigtigt godt balanceret øl med massere af nuancer og en lille smugle røget.
