As I’m such a big fan of hefeweizens, it’s difficult to judge a different interpretation of the style, as this beer is. It doesn’t have the body and depth of flavour of a Bavarian example and is sharper (more hops) but overall, I still enjoyed it

Subtle lemony biscuit aroma is nice. Body is light, & quite nice. Lemon & biscuit in the body, then a nice dry finish. Back to our amazing conversation now though. 😆

Havde forventet noget mere fyldigt, for at være ærlig. Self en hvedeøl, men den minder altså lidt om en piller paller
