Stout - Imperial / Double

We have brewed on this beer in a long time and we finally think it is a should. A very majestic stout with a hint of roasted barley malt, smoke malt, coffee, some spices and to top it all a drop a of rum. The beer has been seasoned on oak wood. This beer can stored many years in a dark closet or cellar, but is also ready to drink when it leaves our brewery. Buy an extra bottle and stash it for a special occasion in some years. It will develop like a god wine- only get better and better by the years.

Ei erityisen paksua..jos oikein ymmärsin niin tähän on sekoitettu rommia.. ja olut erikseen lastutettu. Paahdetta, savua ja rommia. Kylmänä tuntui vähän ohuelle, mutta parani todella paljon lämmetessä.. Pidin! Vaikka luonnetta niin ei överi.

Coffee rum and chocolate smell. Extremely roasted coffee roast that switches to sweet blueberries and strawberry then quickly back to super dry ending. Cardemum and plum kakao chili appear more and more when warmer. Awesome.
