Smooth chocolatey stout with a bit of heat. The chili is subdued but it’s there. And that’s fine, since in a beer the heat has to be just right or less. Too much heat doesn’t work for me, as I like my heat from food, not drink. 😃🍻 Thx Craig.

February 27, 2014 Tap@Fermentoren, CPH - black pour with a small beige head. Roasted slightly burned malts, chocolate, brown sugar, syrupy, warming boozy with some peppery spice/chili definitely there but certainly not overpowering, just well judged.

En Viking fra 13 kan bestemt godt anbefales. Hvis man besøger mig skal man dog ikke forvente at få serveret en, da jeg drak den eneste ene fra lageret på befrielsesdagen.

Past its prime but still a good beer. Lots of ham in the nose, some smoke and roasted malt. Mouthfeel is light, chocolate and hint of chili.
