Très acide ! L'impression de manger une framboise qui ne serait pas encore à maturité. Super équilibre entre le fruit et l'acidité. (Mona trouve l'odeur horrible et moi non, je me demande si c'est un ob de mon nez ou si c'est les goûts et couleurs).

Acid M. Esters M. Funk M. Fruit but not strong raspberry. Almost like 2nd use raspberry or the raspberry esters have faded completely.

Bottled Jan 2022, purchased at the real ale store in Newark, Lincs UK. Rosewater, strawberry and raspberry, very tart and acidic, zippy carbonation and a hint of funk. Bit of a cliche but it really tastes "alive"!
